Theories and Methods of a Relational and Integrative Transactional Analysis

This one day presentation will feature the theories and methods of a Relational and Integrative Transactional Analysis. Dr. Erskine will talk about the philosophy of working from a relational perspective and the theory of internal integration of affect, physiology, and cognition.
In this class Richard Erskine will describe the concepts of:
¥ phenomenological and historical inquiry;
¥ the importance of acknowledgement, validation, and normalization;
¥ attunement to affect, rhythm, cognition, and developmental level;
¥ involvement and presence; and,
¥ the significance of Relational-Needs in all aspects of life.
